Plenty of room to spread out: with 120 m² of space, a large sun terrace and a lawn to relax on, Hilda is perfect for families or groups of friends. The apartment features two double bedrooms, a sofa bed in the fully equipped kitchen-living area, a master bathroom with bathtub, plus a separate guest WC with washing machine. For the ultimate wellness experience, there’s also a spa bathroom with shower and your very own private Finnish sauna.

Hilda is named after Thomas’s grandmother and her great-granddaughter – our little daughter – who were born exactly 100 years apart. Just like its story, this apartment bridges generations with care and warmth. Furnished entirely vegan, allergy-friendly, and made largely from sustainable, regionally sourced materials.

A breath of alpine summer: The Organoid surface in the kitchen is crafted from mountain hay harvested by Tyrolean farmers on the Wildspitze peak and shaped by hand.
