THE PRECIOUS ONE
Tondl is named after Thomas’s grandfather. Derived from Anton, the name means “precious” in Greek. Fittingly, this apartment was designed with precious natural materials throughout – vegan, allergy-friendly, and largely sustainable and regionally sourced.

Tree Lichen
Nature at its purest: The Organoid surface in the kitchen is crafted from Tyrolean tree lichen, known locally as “tree beard”. Hand-made with care, it carries a fresh, forest-like fragrance that calms the mind, clears the air and brings a gentle touch of the outdoors inside.
