What if holiday apartments were designed exactly the way we’d love to stay in them ourselves? That was our starting point. And then we simply made it happen. We planned and designed the house at 1,300 meters with our own hands, building it together with skilled local craftsmen.

MULIN is our dream come true – spacious, full of thoughtful details, and sprinkled with little touches we love and our guests appreciate too. You may not see us around all the time, but we are here – just keeping in the background so you can enjoy the privacy that makes a holiday truly yours.

HIKING, SKIING, SIMPLY SOAKING UP NATURE – OUR TIPS FOR YOUR STAY

A free day is wonderful. A free mind is even better. And this is exactly where you’ll find both. From spring to autumn, hiking trails start right outside your door. In winter, the tow lift just below the house brings you straight to the valley station of the Gitschberg Jochtal ski area. Public transport and the ski bus are also at your disposal – both free with the South Tyrol Guest Pass.
