We’ve made sure our youngest guests feel just as welcome as the grown-ups. At Mulin Apartments, children stay at these special rates:

• 0–5 years: free of charge

• 5–10 years: €15 per night

• 11–18 years: €30 per night

• From 18 years: €60 per night

Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered — baby equipment is available free of charge on request.

• Minimum stay: 4 nights

• Check-in & check-out:
  Check-in is from 3:00 pm. If your apartment is ready earlier, you can arrive whenever you like – day or night. With your personal PIN, you’ll have direct access to the main building and your apartment in Valles/Vals. No paperwork, no queues – just walk in and start your holiday.

  Check-out is by 10:00 am.

• Payment & deposit:
  To secure your booking, we ask for a 30% deposit by bank transfer. In case of cancellation, this amount is non-refundable. The remaining balance can be paid on-site, or you can transfer the full amount in advance if you prefer. Please note: the local tourist tax is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged separately on site.

• Travel insurance:
  We recommend "Europäische Reiseversicherung" – to make sure you’re covered from the moment you book until the day you head home.

• Cancellation policy:
  – Up to 31 days before arrival: free of charge
  – 30 to 15 days before arrival: 40% of the total price
  – 14 to 8 days before arrival: 60%
  – 7 days or less before arrival: 70%
  – Late arrival, early departure or no-show: 70%

• Pets: As much as we love animals, pets are not allowed.

• Final cleaning: Included in your stay. Additional cleaning available on request.
